There are a wide range of mosfets available on the market. The most beneficial mosfets are ones with active braking. These mosfets help to make the gearbox of your gun cycle cleanly. This is most important in high-speed builds. Also, if you enjoy trigger spamming on semi-auto then a mosfet will save your trigger contacts from burning out. Some mosfets also include multiple features such as trigger sensitivity adjustment, burst fire options, pre-cocking, etc so you can tune your rifle to your own preferences.
